As cities develop, the old is replaced with the new and the structures that once stood are torn down to make way for the ever-changing needs of society. In order to begin new construction projects, the area must first be cleared of its existing structures and Econ helps you do just that. Econ is one of the top demolition companies in London that specialises in offering up efficient and cost-effective demolition services for a variety of different sites.

In order to ensure complete client satisfaction, we maintain stringent standards of safety and quality. Some of the key factors that contribute to making us one of the top demolition companies London are:

  • Detailed Plans: Before the start of a project, our site experts visit the site of the demolition to assess details such as the area of land that needs to be cleared, materials needed, resources required and more. Based on this analysis, we draw up a detailed and effective plan for the project.
  • Timely Services: In most cases, especially for demolition projects in urban areas, there is a limited period of time within which the project needs to be completed. Our teams work round the clock to ensure that the demolition is completed within the set time frame, often completing it ahead of schedule.
  • Modern Technology: As per the requirements of the project, we make use of cutting edge technology and equipment to offer our services. Our telehandlers, excavators, concrete crunchers and more, all meet stringent standards of quality and undergo regular maintenance and safety checks.
  • Area Management: We take steps to ensure that there is minimal disruption to the area around the site. Our teams handle traffic management and route planning to ensure that the neighbours are not excessively affected by the demolition project.
  • Waste Disposal: As part of our demolition services in London we clear the site of all debris, toxins and pollutants. The waste is securely transported to our dedicated waste management sites or a specialist centre. All waste is either recycled or disposed of in an environmentally friendly fashion.

We have years of experience in offering demolition services in London for bridges, buildings, railway bridges and more. We handle all aspects of the project from waste management and disposal to concrete cutting and traffic management. Whether it’s a crowded area, protected environment or heritage site, our expert consultants know the right techniques to employ to ensure that the project is efficiently completed without exceeding budget or time limit.
