Land Remediation
Land remediation deals with the removal of pollution or contaminants from environmental media such as soil, groundwater, sediment, or surface water for the general protection of human health and the environment or from a Brownfield site intended for redevelopment.
Each contaminated site is unique. Depending on past usage and proposed end use of the site, Econ will begin its dedicated contaminated land contracting service by conducting a confidential appraisal of the site.
Based on the information gathered and with our 'hands on' experience, allowing for the intended end use of the land, we can then assist in deciding which remediation techniques are appropriate.
We actively develop faster, more efficient remediation methods, testing new techniques, enabling us to meet our clients’ needs in the best and most economical way.
We will utilise our skills to identify the most appropriate and cost effective site remediation package for clients, providing a full decommissioning service with ground remediation forming an integral part of this service.
