About Our Team

All of our operatives hold up to date training, CSCS qualifications, emergency first aid as recommended by the HSE and CPCS cards.

Largely all of our operatives have a minimum of five years experience with Econ or an equally reputable company, all trainees have a mentor who is responsible for them and they receive intensive induction training before working on site.

The contracts managers and supervisors have a minimum of 10 years experience in the industry with experience in a broad range of contracts, they all receive a minimum of the training requirements and all hold CSCS project management Cards.

Our managing director,operations director and transport manager has been working in the industry for over 120 years collectively and as a result have a wide range of experience and knowledge.

Of course, our businesses is helped along by our office staff who are a friendly and professional team who not only have experience in administration, accounts, HRM, sales and marketing but also extensive knowledge of our industry and the Econ product. They are also responsible for keeping our systems and documents up to date, well monitored and regularly audited.
